This new Top Competition Janssen-Fritsen product is FIG certified and is fitted with the revolutionary Whisper Spring System® (WSS). The 'Iris'® board is the SOFT version according to the new FIG apparatus norms for springboards. This highly innovative model was one of the boards available for the gymnasts at the Olympic Games 2008 in Beijing. The exact setting of the pyramid shaped hardened chrome silicon steel springs allows for frontal and backward vaults with an exactly defined rebound on each place of the surface of this board. For faster or heavier gymnasts there is also a hard version available. Both boards are remarkably silent.
