  Height adjustable from 50-90 cm with 10 cm increments and from 90-130 cm with 5 cm increments. A nitrogen gas loaded spring compensates the weight of the beam allowing young gymnasts to change the height of the beam very easily. Length 500 cm, width 10 cm (working area), width legs 122x8x8 cm. Weight beam 40 kg, weight legs 20 kg each. Beam made of extruded thick wall aluminium, with 'Soft Top'� shock absorber specially developed for repeated exercises during training. The cover is made of skin-friendly hygroscopic paraskin.
  
  The feet remain on the same spot when changing the height, allowing the mats to remain in position. This means safe matting under the beam at competition height as well as on training heights down to 50 cm. The additional adjustment up to 130 cm allows for additional soft mats to be placed under the beam during training. A reduced set of landing mats for one or more 'club'� beams is tailored made on order.
