Mancino Softwall Wainscott panels add that extra margin of safety and protection against wall crash injuries in the gymnasium, wrestling room, multi-purpose room and other environments requiring wall cushioning.
Mancino offers six styles of wall padding - each style can be manufactured to your exacting requirements. Standard panels are 24" inches wide with typical heights of 72" or 84" inches. Other widths and heights are easily accommodated.
All styles of Mancino's Softwall products feature custom fitted sewn corners and factory sewn cut-outs - the hallmark of Mancino quality. MMC-110-8 Series Softwall
The original flame retardant panel. A 2" inch thick piece of low smoke polychloroprene latex compound foam filler at an 5.5 lb density is laminated to 7/16" OSB backer board and covered with out standard 14oz flame retardant vinyl cover. This product has been tested and passed the ASTM-E84 test and has achieved a Class "A" fire rating with smoke developed under 450 and flame spread at less than 25.
MMC-110-5 Series Softwall
Deluxe upholstery grade foam filler sets this panel apart from other basic wall panels. The 2" thick 3 lb density polyurethane foam filler (FR to CAL TB 117) Laminated to 7/16" OSB backer board and covered with 14oz FR vinyl laminated polyester. This product has been a standard in the Mancino line for over 20 years.

This standard wall panels has a 2" thick polyurethane foam filler laminated to 7/16" OSB wood backing and covered with our standard 14 oz vinyl laminated polyester fabric.
